Section 369
Use Of Provision Of Servitude To Be Allowed
(1) If there is a
provision of servitude pursuant to Section 368, the owner of the
concerned immovable property shall allow another person to enjoy
or use the immovable property in accordance with the provision of
servitude.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1),
if there is a provision of servitude for public purpose, such a
servitude may also be used for personal purpose.
(3) Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this
Section, a servitude created by operation of law may be used in
accordance with law.
